Cousins Properties is Atlanta’s largest commercial real estate developer. New site requirements were to showcase properties in a more effective way as well as attract investors with key information and evaluations.

Property Mini-Site

Cousins also needed a way to showcase individual properties with standalone mini-sites. These sites provide more info on amenities, pricing, and location as well as customer services for current residents. I created a simple set of templates to make the process easy and repeatable with a neutral base palette to let the branding of each property stand out.
