Piedmont Healthcare

Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta has been around for more than 100 years and has grown to become one of the largest healthcare providers in the Southeast. They were looking to break into the wellness market with a campaign they referred to as Living Better. The goal of the campaign was to create a new perception of Piedmont as not only a place for treatment but as a resource for improving overall health as well.

Role: Branding, Art Direction, Copywriting, Visual Design

“Living Better” Campaign

We created a campaign style that deviated away from the typical look and feel of most wellness approaches by anchoring it in a vibrant, streamlined design that used light-hearted messaging along with simple illustrated characters instead of photography.

Philips Arena

Piedmont wanted to attract attention to its new Living Better campaign by securing ad space in some of Atlanta’s premier sports and event facilities. Philips Arena, home of the Atlanta Hawks and a major concert venue for the city, was our most prominent venture. I had the opportunity to not only design the campaign pieces but oversee production and installation as well.

Unifying the Brand

The Living Better campaign was so successful at garnering the kind of attention Piedmont was looking for, they contacted us once again to adapt their entire marketing strategy to match the Living Better style. This paved the way for us to create an all-new vision of Piedmont Healthcare.
